• Account Information: Email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Usage Data: URLs you submit for video generation, generated video content, and usage patterns.
• Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by Creem (Creem LLC), our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Creem collects and processes your payment details (such as credit card number) directly. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card information. • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the video generation service.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Send notifications about your video generation status.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Generated videos are stored for 30 days before automatic deletion unless you choose to delete them earlier.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LaunchClip:

• Creem: Payment processing.
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
• Google Cloud Storage: Video file storage.
• AI Service Providers: Video generation and analysis.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing the handling of your data.

5. Cookies

LaunchClip uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may affect Service functionality.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and associated metadata are deleted 30 days after generation. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

LaunchClip is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
