By accessing or using LaunchClip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaunchClip is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates promotional videos from website URLs. The Service analyzes your submitted URL, generates a script, produces narration, and renders a final video file.

LaunchClip is an independent platform that provides an interface to third-party AI models for video generation. LaunchClip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider. Our platform combines multiple AI technologies to produce video content, and the underlying models may change as we improve our service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payment

LaunchClip operates on a credit-based system. Each video generation consumes one credit. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase as outlined in our Refund Policy. Credits never expire. All payments are processed by Creem (Creem LLC), our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate videos from websites that contain, promote, or facilitate:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind.
• Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material.
• Violence, threats, harassment, or hate speech targeting any individual or group.
• Illegal content or activities under applicable law.
• Malware, phishing, fraud, or deceptive content.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

As an AI-powered service, LaunchClip generates video content based on the URL and prompts you provide. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the videos generated. LaunchClip is a responsible AI platform that does not support the generation of explicit, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content. All generation is subject to content moderation and safety filtering. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, and report violations to authorities at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Videos generated from your own website are your property and you may use them freely, including for commercial purposes. LaunchClip does not claim ownership over your generated videos. You represent that you have the right to use the website URL you submit for video generation.

7. Service Availability

LaunchClip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Video generation times vary and may be affected by factors including website accessibility, content complexity, and system load.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
